REFUND & CANCELLATION

Summary
AdWagon slots are limited inventory. Payments are non-refundable once the campaign starts or the creative is approved. Pre-start cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a credit note. Read full policy below.
1. General Policy
All bookings on AdWagon represent a reservation of limited advertising slots on our LED van. Once payment is confirmed, your slot is blocked from other advertisers. Therefore, our default policy is no cash refunds after payment is processed.
2. Cancellation Before Campaign Start
If you wish to cancel your booking before your campaign start date and within 48 hours of booking, you may be eligible for a credit note (not a cash refund) equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 90 days toward a future AdWagon booking.
To request a pre-start cancellation, WhatsApp us at +91 9755016509 with your booking ID within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Cancellation requests after 48 hours of booking — even if the campaign has not started — are not eligible for any credit or refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund or credit will be provided in the following cases:
- Campaign has already started (regardless of remaining days)
- Ad creative has been approved
- Cancellation request is made more than 48 hours after booking
- Creative is rejected for non-compliance with our content guidelines (we offer free re-upload)
- Advertiser fails to upload a creative in time
- Partial campaigns (e.g., you want a refund for unused days mid-month)
4. Failed / Duplicate Payments
If your payment was deducted by your bank or Razorpay but your booking was not confirmed:
- UPI/IMPS payments typically auto-reverse within 5–7 business days to your bank account
- Use the “Verify Payment” button on the booking page first — most cases resolve immediately
- If not resolved within 7 days, email us at Adwagonofficial@gmail.com with your Razorpay/bank reference number and phone number
- Duplicate payments (same booking paid twice) will be fully refunded to the original payment source within 7 business days
5. AdWagon-Initiated Cancellations
In rare circumstances (van breakdown, government order, force majeure), AdWagon may need to cancel or interrupt a campaign. In such cases:
- We will notify you immediately via email and WhatsApp
- You will receive a full credit note for un-served days, redeemable against any future booking
- At our discretion, we may offer a cash refund proportional to the unserved campaign period
6. GST on Refunds
GST (18%) collected on confirmed bookings is remitted to the Government of India and cannot be refunded. Any credit note issued will be for the base amount only, excluding the GST component already remitted.
7. How to Request a Refund / Credit

- Provide your booking number, registered email, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will respond within 1 business day
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method
8. Contact for Disputes
For any disputes regarding payments or refunds, contact us first at Adwagonofficial@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all queries within 2 business days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
