When you book an advertising slot or contact us, we collect:

• Identity & Contact — business name, contact person name, email address, mobile number
• Payment Data — transaction reference number (we never store card/UPI credentials; payments are processed by Razorpay)
• Ad Creative Files — images and videos you upload for display on our LED van
• Usage Data — pages visited, booking history, IP address, browser type (collected automatically)
• Communications — messages sent via our contact form or WhatsApp

3. How We Use Your Information

• Process and manage your advertising bookings
• Send booking confirmations, invoices, and campaign status updates via email
• Display your uploaded ad creative on our LED van as per your campaign period
• Respond to customer support queries
• Comply with GST and statutory reporting obligations
• Improve our website and services
• Send promotional communications (you can opt out at any time)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing (subject to Razorpay’s own privacy policy)
• Supabase — our database and file storage provider
• Resend — our transactional email provider
• Government authorities — if required by law (e.g., GST authorities, court orders)

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records, invoices, and associated personal data for 7 years as required under GST and Indian accounting regulations. Ad creative files are retained for the duration of your campaign and for 30 days thereafter, after which they may be deleted.

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We may use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
