What is AdWagon?
AdWagon is Bhopal's first GPS-enabled LED van advertising service. We run a high-resolution LED screen on our van across the city — displaying your ad to lakhs of people daily. Government authorised and fully operational since 2024, AdWagon is the only mobile advertising provider in Bhopal offering online booking, GPS-verified delivery, and a GST-compliant invoice.
How many people will see my ad?
Our LED van covers 40+ km daily across all major zones of Bhopal — reaching an estimated 4,00,000+ people every month. Your ad plays every 5 minutes from 4 PM to 10 PM (peak hours), 6 days a week. This translates to approximately 72 plays per day and over 1,700 plays per month per advertiser on our Economy and Value packages.
Which areas of Bhopal does the van cover?
We cover all 5 zones: Central Bhopal (Arera Colony, Chaar Imli, MP Nagar), North Bhopal (DB Mall, Jahangirabad), East Bhopal (Chetak Bridge, Raisen Road), South Bhopal (Ashima Mall, Kolar Road), and West Bhopal (New Market, TT Nagar). Is AdWagon government authorised?
Yes. AdWagon Advertising Services holds all required government permissions to operate LED advertising vehicles in Bhopal Municipal Corporation limits. We are a registered business under GST (GSTIN: 23ABCDE1234F1Z5) and comply with all municipal advertising regulations in Madhya Pradesh. This means your campaign is legally compliant and protected.

Booking & Packages

What packages are available?
We offer 3 packages: (1) Economy Package — ₹9,999/month base price (₹11,799 incl. GST), 15 seconds per play, up to 20 advertisers sharing the screen. (2) Value for Money Package — ₹17,999/month base (₹21,239 incl. GST), 30 seconds per play, up to 10 advertisers — our most popular choice. (3) Exclusive Package — ₹4,999/day base (₹5,899 incl. GST), the entire van is yours for a full day with a custom route — no other advertisers.
How do I book a slot?
Booking is 100% online in 4 simple steps: (1) Choose your package — Economy, Value, or Exclusive. (2) Select your slot — pick your campaign month or date from live availability. (3) Fill your business details — contact name, email, phone, and ad description. (4) Pay online via Razorpay — supports UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, credit/debit cards, and net banking. You'll get a confirmation email immediately after payment.
Can I book for multiple months?
Currently each booking covers one month (or one day for Exclusive). To book consecutive months, simply complete separate bookings for each month. Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9755016509) for bulk or long-term campaign discounts — we offer special rates for 3-month and 6-month commitments.
How many advertisers share the screen?
Economy package: up to 20 advertisers per month (15-second playlist cycle). Value for Money: up to 10 advertisers (30-second cycle). Exclusive: just you — the entire van is yours for the day, with no other ads playing. The fewer advertisers on screen, the more frequently your specific ad appears to each viewer.
Can I choose a specific route for my campaign?
For Economy and Value packages, the van follows its standard city-wide rotating route covering all 5 zones of Bhopal. For the Exclusive Package, you can request a custom route tailored to your target audience — for example, focusing on Kolar Road for a south Bhopal real estate launch or MP Nagar for B2B services. Mention your route preference in the booking form.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and bank transfers. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. A GST invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you after payment.
Is GST included in the price?
The displayed price is the base price (excluding GST). GST @18% is added at checkout. For example: Economy Package ₹9,999 base + ₹1,800 GST = ₹11,799 total. Value for Money ₹17,999 base + ₹3,240 GST = ₹21,239 total. Exclusive ₹4,999 base + ₹900 GST = ₹5,899 total. A proper GST invoice is available for download from your account after payment.
Is the payment refundable?
Payments are non-refundable once the campaign starts or the creative is approved and queued for display. If you face any issue before campaign start or before creative approval, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9755016509) within 48 hours of booking and we'll assess on a case-by-case basis. My payment was deducted but booking not confirmed. What do I do?
Don't worry — UPI and bank transfers sometimes take up to 5 minutes to confirm due to bank processing delays. Visit adwagon.in/track, enter your email address, and click "Verify Payment" to manually trigger a payment status check. If your booking is still unconfirmed after 30 minutes, WhatsApp us at +91 9755016509 with your bank reference number or UTR and we'll resolve it immediately.

Ad Creative

What are the LED screen specifications?
Our LED screen resolution is 480×360 pixels (4:3 aspect ratio) displayed outdoors. For best visual quality, submit creatives at 960×720 or 1920×1440 pixels (2x or 4x the native resolution). The screen supports full-colour high-brightness display visible even in bright daylight. Recommended: design with bold text, high contrast colours, and a clear single message visible at 10 metres.
What file formats are accepted?
Images: JPG, PNG, or WebP (maximum 10MB per file). Videos: MP4 or MOV (maximum 500MB). For video, ensure the duration matches your package — 15 seconds for Economy, 30 seconds for Value for Money. The video must be landscape orientation (4:3 or 16:9 cropped to 4:3). Audio is not played on the LED van — make sure your ad works without sound.
How long does creative review take?
Our team reviews uploaded creatives within 24 hours (usually within a few hours during business hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday). You'll receive an email notification once your creative is approved. If changes are needed, you'll receive a detailed email explaining exactly what to fix, and you can re-upload immediately.
What happens if my creative is rejected?
We'll email you the exact reason for rejection with guidance on how to fix it, and a direct link to re-upload. Common rejection reasons: wrong aspect ratio, low resolution (below 480×360), prohibited content (political advertising without permit, adult content, obscene language), or infringing copyrights. You can re-upload as many times as needed at no extra charge until your campaign start date.
Do you help create ad designs?
We offer basic design guidance for free — WhatsApp us your logo, business name, and key message (offer, phone number, tagline), and we'll suggest the best format and layout for the LED screen. For professional ad design, we can recommend trusted local graphic designers in Bhopal who specialise in outdoor advertising creatives.
Can I update my creative mid-campaign?
Yes — you can upload a new or updated creative at any point during your active campaign. The new creative goes through the same review process (within 24 hours). Once approved, it replaces your previous creative on the van's playlist. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a mid-campaign creative swap — we process these with priority.

Campaign & Tracking

When does my campaign start?
Your campaign starts on the 1st of the selected month (or the specific date you chose for the Exclusive package). The campaign goes live only after both conditions are met: (1) payment is confirmed and (2) your creative is reviewed and approved. To ensure a smooth campaign start on the 1st, we recommend booking by the 25th of the previous month and uploading your creative immediately after booking.
How do I track my booking status?
Visit adwagon.in/track and enter your Booking ID or registered email address. You'll see the complete campaign timeline: Booking Confirmed → Payment Received → Creative Uploaded → Creative Approved → Campaign Live. Each step includes timestamps and any relevant notes from our team. You can also download your GST invoice from the tracking page.
How do I know my ad is actually playing?
Once your campaign is marked "Live", you'll receive a confirmation email. Our operations team can share the real-time van location during your campaign period on request (WhatsApp us at +91 9755016509). GPS tracking verifies the van's route daily. For Exclusive bookings, we can share a photo or short video of your ad playing on the van.
